Where do we start? Where do we start?
Well for starters, my wife and I had put down what we wanted into words, so at least we are on the same page on that front, literally.
Met up with an Architect last weekend. They've took us around their house in the same area, and quoted about $32K per sq to build, with no profit margin, OMG!
No way we are going that high. We don't need french roof tiles after all.
The idea is to build a French Provincial Facade house with 2.5 stories, 5 bedrooms, and an alfresco area, and a pool??? Not sure
Anyway, the adventure awaits.
